Leonid Ramirez farm is located in the Quindio region. It's associated with its high altitudes, volcanic soils and temperate climate. Ideal for coffee to florish. As good coffees goes, hand-picking only the ripest cherries, fermented for 58 hours with the pulp. Gently washed and placed on raised beds for 2 weeks, until ideal moisture content is satisfied.
