  • Shipping Policy
    It is in our best interest to delivery your goods as quickly as possible. This is with due care of items being delivered with the right couriers with knowledge of handling our perishable & cold items. For orders that are in favour of the circumstances, we will accommodate a next-day-delivery policy. (i.e. purchase of shirts, equipment, etc.). However, for everything else & inbetween, please allow 3 to 5 business days to get our orders sorted, checked and sent. Order will be sent via a courier carrier that is reliable and able to handle our perishable products. Rest easy upon ordering, as we have follow strict checks while handling orders. Please note the following If you are not home when your delivery arrives, orders containing only non-perishable items will be left at your door step, unattended. However, if your order contains quick-perishable items (i.e. cold brews, cakes, etc), the whole order will be sent to our nearest sister cafe for collection. Collection can be done during cafe trading hours We will do our best to ensure that the courier contacts you prior to delivery Ordered something and it went missing? If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering, contact us at hello@sinistercoffeeroasters.com and we will get it sorted
  • Refund Policy
    If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Items of perisable nature & some exempted goods have a no cancellation or refund/exchange policy. These items include but not limited to are our coffees, cold brews, pantry provisions, etc. Additional non-returnable items are our Gift Cards. Regular priced items may be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

    For all refund requests, please contact our team at hello@sinistercoffeeroasters.com Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If there are late or missing refunds, please give our merchant 10 business days to complete the process. If it is still missing, please check your credit card company or bank.   • Exchange (if applicable)
    Items that qualify for exchanges are items received that are defective or damaged. We ensure that our goods are checked, tested and documented prior to shipping. However, due to unfortunate circumstances. We are here to help you resolve any issues. If you need to exchange for a similar item, send us an email at hello@sinistercoffeeroasters.com. We iwll contact you & arrange a carrier to collect the goods from you.
