A real stunner! This Nicaragua coffee is what coffee should be, clean, sweet & robust. It brews a cup that is full bodied with raspberry acidity. We have roasted this to a light-medium profile to highlight its acidity with balanced body.


Alexa’s farm, Finca San Antonio is 6.9 acres large, which she manages with her sons Roberto Antonio (28, and the farm’s namesake) & Cristian Leonel (18). With invaluable knowledge passed down from generation to generation, Alexa has successfully grown Finca San Antonio from an empty plot of inherited land to a farm that produces approximately 5000 pounds of exportable coffee every year.
